EASE includes an Interview feature for assessments that require a separate interview session.

Teachers can create and manage interview sessions and students can participate in scheduled interviews.

Interview functionality is a part of the normal quiz attempt and can be used when an assessment requires a speaking or live-interaction component.

Scheduling an Interview

Teachers can schedule interview sessions for students. An interview session can contain the information required for the student and teacher to attend the scheduled interview.

Interview scheduling is managed from the teacher-side Interview interface. Teachers should ensure that the scheduled information is correct before the student is expected to attend.

Student Interview

Students access their scheduled interview through the Interview workflow provided by EASE. The student participates in the interview according to the session schedule.

Teacher Interview Sessions

Teachers can view and manage their Interview Sessions from the teacher dashboard. The sessions provide access to the interviews that have been scheduled.

From the Interview Sessions area, the teacher can manage the relevant sessions and conduct the student interviews.

Interview functionality is independent of the Proctoring feature, even though both can be used as part of a broader assessment workflow.
